Modular. Open. Built for Teams.
At Flock9, we’re on a mission to make network automation practical, modular, and open — so teams can move faster, reduce risk, and stay in control.
We started Flock9 because we’ve lived the complexity ourselves. As longtime engineers, founders, and product builders, we saw how slow, siloed, and vendor-locked automation had become — and knew there had to be a smarter way.
Flock9 combines the best of open-source tooling, community-driven knowledge, and enterprise capabilities in one modular suite. Whether you’re automating your first compliance check or standardizing deployments across global environments, Flock9 gives you the flexibility to start small and scale with confidence.
We believe automation should work for you — not the other way around.

Flock9: A Modern Evolution of the Netyce Legacy
Flock9 is the direct continuation of the vision, technology, and team behind Netyce, a long-standing leader in network automation and orchestration.
As of 2024, Netyce has transitioned fully into Flock9, carrying forward its mission under a renewed brand focused on modularity, openness, and scalability. This move reflects both a strategic repositioning and a modernization of the Netyce platform, in response to how the network automation landscape and customer expectations have evolved.
Netyce was recognized by Gartner as a Cool Vendor in 2020, and has built a solid reputation among enterprise customers and service providers for its intent-based automation capabilities and vendor-agnostic approach. That same foundation now powers Flock9, with a sharpened focus on making automation more accessible, more open, and more aligned with the way modern network teams work today.
The core engineering and leadership team from Netyce remains fully involved, and customer continuity is fully maintained. All Netyce customer relationships, technology assets, and support structures have been integrated into Flock9.
Flock9 now builds on that heritage with a growing suite of modular tools, such as Slurp’it for network discovery and NetPicker for compliance and job automation, while continuing to serve enterprise and MSP customers with the same level of trust and expertise established under the Netyce name.
